ARAD establishes non-linear planning methods concerning efficiency, flexibility and documentation for each project, using the latest digital technology. Computer technology has also made it possible to combine different stages of the projects, including research, idea, designing and detailing. For each project, a group of experts are organized in form of internal teams including management, design, project, coordination   and technical team so as to achieve the optimum result. ARAD does understand the changing role of architects.
