This multiple apartment complex will be the first high-rise residential
complex in the Isfahan .
These two apartment blocks are 17 and 19 story buildings with total floor space
of each unit ranging from 130-160 square meters. Also, there are 300 square
meter penthouses located on the top two floors of each tower. Each block has
four staircases and 8 lifts. Moreover, a two-story commercial and recreational
center is situated in between the two towers.
The complex’s total floor space encompasses 2500 square meters situated on the
banks of Zayandehrood River and near the Naajvaan Park.These two 23-story
buildings will become the tallest high-rises in Isfahan. The entire project is
situated on 5500 square meters of land.
The complex consists of 240 residential units ranging from 120 square meter
two-bedroom flats to 140-160 square meter three-bedroom units as well as 200-270
square meter four-bedroom apartments. Among the chief priorities of the design
in this complex was creating 3-bedroom units with approximate total areas of 150
square meters, with at least 14 surface meters of which, faced direct sunlight
so that the rest of unit could benefit from and make the best use from the light
received from that area.
Among the unique features of the project are its simplicity in design and
construction, which gives birth to a new and diverse identity to the complex.
Alongside the residential complex, a 3,500 square meter commercial complex for
use by mainly the residents of the complex is foreseen to include a shopping
center, post office, bank, travel agency, etc.
A sports complex is also part of the design. Based on the original instructions
of the client and conformant to the conditions of the project site, the
structure of the gym is concrete. Also using lighter materials in order to
reduce the weight of the structure as well as the roof have been important
design considerations. Furthermore, a prefabricated drywall system is used for
the wall structure of the complex, which also serves to both decrease structural
mass as well as help to accelerate the pace and precision of project
implementation.
The infrastructure facilities and equipment of this complex are designed as a
package unit, which has enhanced the quality of mechanical equipment such as
HVAC and engine room components used in the complex both as far as
time-effectiveness and rapid pace of investment as well as the quick pace of
project implementation.
